01Do you sell a product, or build custom?
Custom, always. We’re a consultancy: we study how you work, write the plan, and build to it — into the tools you already use. No licenses to a platform of ours, no rip-and-replace.
02Where do we start if we’re not sure AI fits?
With the plan. One to two weeks, fixed fee: we map where your hours go and hand you a costed recommendation — even if the honest recommendation is “not yet.” The plan is yours either way.
03Is our data safe?
Yours stays yours: never sold, never used to train public models, and agents get scoped access to only the systems the job needs — with a human approval step before anything consequential.
04What does it cost?
Fixed fee per phase, quoted up front — the plan first, then the pilot (typically four to eight weeks). You always know the number before we start.
